-Ceiling height and style(vaulted, cathedral, tray, etc.).
-Exterior wall frame size (2x4 or 2x6).

-Porch and deck floor construction (concrete or wood frame).

After the final construction plans are approved, we will design a color 3D rendering of your home to show you how your home will look upon completion.
To do this, we will need to know what materials and colors you would like on the exterior of your home to give you an accurate rendering..

When your custom plans are completed you will receive 5 sets of construction plans.
Construction plans will include:.
-Exterior elevations of all 4 sides of your home.
-Floor plans.
-Wall framing plans.
-Foundation or basement plan.

Your custom home plans will be drawn in two stages:.
-First you will receive your preliminary plans via email.
These include the elevations and floor plan of your home.
At this time you will be billed a portion of the .20-.50 cents per square foot, (usually .15-.30 cents/ sq.
ft.) for the preliminary plans.
We ask that you look over your preliminary plans and let us know of any changes you would like to make.

Preliminary plans can be used for building quotes, bank loans, permits, etc.
You may want to get quotes from your builder before the construction plans are completed.

- After the preliminary plans are approved and the bill for them has been paid in full, your plans will be completed.
