200 ans d’histoire, bâtis par la même famille dont le berceau fût cette jolie maison bourgeoise.
Un de nos ancêtre, grognard de l’armée Napoléonienne, toucha une dot en se mariant le même jour que l’empereur corse....

L’histoire raconte que c’est ainsi qu’il put acquérir ses premiers hectares, afin de compléter ses activités de transport et d’épicerie.
Entre deux les grands-parents ont repris la suite et ont transmis cet amour de la vigne à leurs trois fils.
Chacun va alors créer son propre vignoble, dont Claude le père des actuels propriétaires.
Il est aujourd’hui, à 75 ans, l’un des plus anciens oenologue au monde.
Depuis 1996, Stéphane & alain ont repris les rennes et gèrent l'exploitation..

Stéphane, profondément vigneron dans l’âme a toujours été un homme de terrain.
Après des études vitivinicoles , il part perfectionner ses connaissances théoriques à l'étranger.
En 1991, il vinifie en Afrique du Sud et au Zimbabwe.
Il échappe de peu à la révolution qui va enflammer l'ancienne Rhodésie du Sud.
Son retour au château à lieu en 1993, il peut ainsi profiter des trentaines d’années d’expériences que cumule Claude.
L'art de l’assemblage, une des étapes vitales de l'élaboration d’un cru, ne s’apprend pas, il s’acquiert au fil des années.
Début 80, Alain poursuit des études commerciales (à moins que ce soit l’inverse).
Deux ans d'armées en Afrique, précédées d'une période GO au club Med, Alain rentre en France et travaille dans différents domaines, la vente de bouchons de lièges et d'ordinateurs notamment.
Après neuf années de pratiques commerciales, il rejoint son frère fin 1996.
