The VFW Post 6878 in Proctorville, OH is an all-volunteer not for profit organization who firmly believes in continuing our service not only to our fellow veterans but also to the local community.
Our post is a non-alcoholic, non-gambling and non-smoking facility who focuses on honoring veterans and their service through our works and our Honor Guard members.
We also maintain the Southern Ohio Veterans Memorial, located behind our building.
This includes the brick memorial program..

Veterans meet twice a month, on the first and third Thursday evenings.
We, along with the VFW Auxiliary, host a monthly breakfast on the second Saturday of every month.
The breakfast is open to the community and is our main way of raising funds to be able to continue our local operations.
