Birth Doula Services include:.

• Free initial interview .
• One to two prenatal meetings to discuss your pregnancy, plans for your birth, and any concerns you may have.
• Help creating a birth plan, if desired.
• Unlimited phone and email support from date of hire through the postpartum visit and beyond.
• Access to my lending library of books, CDs, and DVDs .
• Educational handouts, if desired.
• Community referrals and resources, if needed, to assist you in pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and newborn care.
• 24 hour on call period 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date.
• Continuous labor support in your home, hospital, or birth center (or a combination).
• Immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours following the birth, including assistance in breastfeeding.
• Photos during labor and delivery, if desired.
• Postpartum visit within the first weeks after the birth in your home to discuss the birth, welcome the baby, and help with any issues you may have.
