Detailed description is NO Frills, just insane balls-to-the-wall hardcore training!! Welcome to all VIKING BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!! This is not a "health club" this is a hardcore training facility, like how gyms used to be before corporate wuss bags took over everything.
This is a gym where there are no rules or penalty's for dropping heavy weight, cussing, spitting, puking, grunting, beating people up who aren't training hard enough, leaving pools of sweat in your wake, or in general being a disgusting, hardcore-training, animalistic, ass- kicking maniac.
We know that this style of training is not for most people, only the most elite of ass-kickers.
We also know that the type of training we encourage here, at Valhalla Strength GYM, is offensive and appalling to most people, if that's the case we encourage you to immediately GO FUCK YOURSELF and continue being a suck-ass pussy.
