Tonino, my father, or as I like to call him ‘The Angry Chef’ is the main cook here, .

The reason I call him ‘The Angry Chef’ is because, in his kitchen everything must be perfect all the time and if one little thing goes wrong, THATS IT! In saying this, his cheeky smile and character is one you have to get to know.
