The founders sought to provide students the opportunity to have formal but low-cost education, and ultimately produce graduates who become valuable members of society, to the benefit of not only the student and his/her family, but also the community and the country.

Starting out small, with only ten (10) teachers and four hundred (400) students when it was established in SY 1994-1995, enrollment has steadily increased yearly.

Tabamo, the school underwent significant changes: the school revised its curricula offerings; expanding its original technical/vocational courses to 4-year degree programs in such fields as criminology, business administration, education, hotel and restaurant management, and social work..
