ASP- After School Program, We offer an After School Program that is designed to help kids.
It is ages 5+.
We do a free pick-up service from the various school in Ocala.
It is Monday-Friday.
We pick the children up after school and they come to the Martial Arts gym, take their martial arts class, do homework, eat snack, and talk with their friends.
Our martial arts classes are designed to teach children respect, discipline, and a safe place to learn and grow.
The classes are devided up into age groups.
The younger children take class from 3:00pm-4:00pm while the old children take class from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
While one group takes class the other group is in the homework room working on homework.
There are staff members in there at all times to lend assistance when needed.
($60.00 per week).

Martial Arts class- We have a martial arts class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
It inquires mostly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a little Tae Kwon Do.
In this class you will learn techniques for controlling and opponent as well as submissions.
($65.00 per month).

Kickboxing- This is a cardio/technique class.
It is upbeat and sure to keep your attention.
This class inquires cardio base training as well as punching combinations, kicks, and many more.
This class is Monday-Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
($65.00 per month).

MMA- This is our Mixed Martial Arts program.
This is the program that trains you to be a fighter.
You will inquire both Jiu-Jitsu techniques as well as stand up.
This class includes the Kickboxing class for your cardio and hand combo work.
