My name is Danielle Diede, and Unstoppable Fitness & Health is my creation to try and bring a variety of exercises, healthy habits, and good vibes to you and those around you in our rural area!.
I am a Ace Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and am pursuing the dream of starting my own career to help others become their best versions of themselves!.
At this time I do not have my own place so to speak, so the Cutting Edge Dance studio here in Sidney is being kind enough to let us use their facility in the morning.

And Afternoons Srining of the Asian Massage therapy in Sidney is letting us use her back area in a full sized garage to do a class as well! .
People have been so helpful and so wonderful, it is really inspiring and makes me believe that people want and need more options in our area..
I also do personal training, which can be done at our local health facility Health Works, but you must have a membership, at home training is also a possibility given certain conditions and safety factors..
This will all officially begin as of Monday, September 5th, check back for prices and class times, as I am trying to figure out what works best for everyone..
