For more than 80 years, the Catholic Newman Community has ministered to the University of Rochester and has strengthened Catholic life for over 7500 students.
We are a close-knit family comprising 5 staff members and many student leaders who welcome all individuals interested in balancing faith and reason through a relationship with Christ..

WEEKLY SCHEDULE (All events at Interfaith Chapel unless noted).

Sunday: 10:30 am, 7:00 pm.

Tuesday.
Mass 12:30 pm (during Lent)*.
Study Hours 4:00-6:00 pm.
Pasta Dinner 6:00 pm (free).
Rosary Group 7:00 pm (Meditation Room).
Description: Rosary Group was founded by Christopher Aguilar (’10), and is currently led by Taylor Watson and Jenny Dombroski.
Rosary group meets on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm (after Newman Pasta Nights) in the Meditation Room at the Interfaith Chapel and consists of a small group of individuals who yearn to grow closer to God.
Rosaries and pamphlets with prayers/instructions are provided.
Those who know how to pray the Rosary in another language often share with the group by praying a decade in that language.
Meditation music is occasionally included.
This simple 20 minute event is sure to keep you rejuvenated for the rest of your week!.

Description: We keep all of the supplies together, and we supply the priest...
all we need to add is YOU and we've got a community to celebrate Mass together! Free pizza follows Mass.
