Cybex Leg Press, Chest Press, Seated Row, Leg Extension, Leg Curl and many more!.

A 23 Piece Cardio section, including….

Cybex 5 treadmills, 4 arc trainers, 6 bikes, 2 steppers and 2 versa-climbers and 4 Concept 2 rowers.

A fully equipped free weight area, including….

2.5 – 50kg dumbbells, 4kg – 24kg kettle bells, bench press, squat rack, smith machine, assisted pull up/dip bar, 2 cable machines and much more!.
