Stop in during class hours to check us out!! We are located in the LeeField Plaza, stop in and check out our new fitness center! .
All members have 24 hour access to our facility.

No sign up or commitment fees! .

We will be offering cardio/weight training classes for ALL fitness levels!.
Monday- Friday 5am, 6am, 7:30am, and 5:30pm.
Saturday 8am ROMWOD class.
9am-- This class is open to non-members, bring a friend so we can show them how much fun working out can be!!.

Fit Kids Club Saturday 10am-10:45am focusing on flexibility, core, balance, speed and agility through fun activites, games and body weight movements.
