Leslie became the Superintendent of Operations for a major residential builder in the Mountain Brook, Homewood and Hoover areas in Birmingham, Alabama before forming his own company..
During the l980's Mr.
Leslie was a Real Estate Banker in the West for two major national banks.
He won numerous Gold Nugget Awards for developing quality, attractively planned communities in Southern California, Las Vegas, Nevada and Southern Arizona.
He returned to Birmingham in the early l990's to establish his own residential home-building and has been involved in building homes and developing sub-divisions in Homewood, Mountain Brook, Greystone, Heatherwood, Chelsea, Vestavia, Columbiana, Pelham and Eagle Point.
