She currently teaches Vinyasa Flow style classes which focus on Iyengar principles of breath control and posture alignment helping to center one in both body and mind.
This style aligns with her personal lifelong journey toward health and wellness, which allows her to help others and herself to live a happy and fulfilling life based out of nature, love, and community.

She involves herself further in her community through Church of Motion where she is the Director of Community Outreach, working with projects on a local, national, and global scale including everything from childhood education to social equality and betterment.
