Detailed description is We are a student organization that runs drop-in Iyengar yoga classes several times per week for the University of Chicago community.
Iyengar Yoga is a didactic practice which focuses on body alignment and makes frequent use of props such as belts, chairs, and blocks to make poses accessible to people at all levels.
All of our classes are open-level, and all equipment is provided.
