(TÜLOMSAŞ), TCDD'nin lokomotif ihtiyacını karşılamak için Eskişehir'de kurulmuş, TCDD'ye bağlı bir ortaklık olan ticari bir şirkettir.
Türkiye'nin sanayileşmesinde bir kilometre taşıdır.
Şirketin merkezi ve fabrikası Eskişehir'de bulunmaktadır.Tarihçe1894 yılında Almanlar tarafından Anadolu-Bağdat demiryolu ile ilgili olarak buharlı lokomotif ve vagon tamiri ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere Anadolu-Osmanlı Kumpanyası adı ile kurulur.1919'da Anadolu’nun işgali sırasında İngilizlerin eline geçer.20 Mart 1920’de Kuva-yi Milliye tarafından geri alınır.
Eskişehir Cer Atölyesi olarak adı değiştirilir.1958 yılında, Eskişehir Demiryolu Fabrikası adıyla ilk yerli lokomotifi imal etmek üzere yenilenir.
1961 yılında, 70 km/h hız yapabilen ilk Türk buharlı lokomotifi Karakurt üretilir.1960 yılında ilk Türk otomobili Devrim üretilir.
1970 yılında adı “Eskişehir Lokomotif ve Motor Sanayii Müessesesi ”, ELMS olur.
