In order to carry out your vision we need you to share it with us.
During a thirty minute pre-planning consultation you will describe how you imagine the wedding planning process, your wedding week, and your wedding day.
It will be helpful for you to bring magazine cut-outs, pinterest print-outs, drawings, notes you’ve made, and any other helpful resources.
It is at this meeting that you will choose a package and sign an agreement.
It is required to make a deposit of 25% to reserve your wedding weekend.
Your pre-planning consultation is made by appointment only.

Day of Wedding Coordinator:.
If you do not mind the little details and you want to enjoy the wedding planning process with your friends and family this package is for you.
It is a blessing to have people in your life who want to help and are good at organizing and making creative decisions.

If you choose this package you will be responsible for every detail leading up to your wedding day and your planner will begin helping you tie everything together two months before.

The Day of Wedding Coordinator Package Includes.
• Final planning meeting .
• Help preparing last minute to do list and timeline.
• Vendor confirmation for the wedding day (4 weeks prior).
• Planner will direct (coordinated with officiate) the wedding rehearsal .
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set-up on wedding day.
• Planner will direct attendants on the day of your wedding.
• Wedding Day Survival Kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, band aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, static guard, sewing kit, etc).
• Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors.
• Ensure vendors follow plan .
• Make sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed.
• Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed.
• Gifts will be taken to preplanned area during reception.
• Anything you can imagine that needs to be taken care of.
