Detailed description is Tunes Oman was established in 1991 and with 2 stores in prime locations , Alkhuwair and Ruwi we are proud to be the largest music retail stores in Oman.
In 1991 Zak was looking to buy a piano for his daughters.
At that time there was just one brand available in the country.
After weighing all his options Zak decided to import a piano for his daughters and a couple more for his friends who were in the same situation.
Soon he was inundated with requests for pianos and other musical instruments..
'Tunes Trading & Services' was established to cater to this need and immediately signed an agreement with Samick (the company Zak imported his first pianos from) and became their official distributor in Oman.
The company started operating out of Zak's residence and quickly opened a retail outlet at Al Wadi Commercial Center.
Within a few years 'Tunes' became synonymous with all things music..
Today, we operate out of a 2500 sq ft office, workshop and storage facility.
