My initial exposure to the mattress business came in fall of 1990.
I had no plans of seeking this venture, and was suddenly asked, by a close friend during a phone call, if I would help deliver a mattress.
She started a very small part-time business for extra income.
I responded, "Sure, but you must be joking." So, with some "muscle" as needed, I soon delivered mattresses part-time and speaking with a couple of mattress manufactures.
Wow! Seems like just yesterday..
