Detailed description is Hello everyone! My name is Trista and I would like to share a little about me and my practice.
I received my Associate's in Science degree through Bismarck State College, in 2004, and went on to massage school.
I graduated from Williston State College, in 2005, with an Associate's in Applied Science for Massage Therapy degree and have been practicing ever since.
I am currently working at getting my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, online, through Concordia University St.
Paul.
I hope to dabble a little in personal training once I have completed schooling.
I also would like to use my new found knowledge to help my clients by providing stretches and exercises to do at home and to improve quality of life and their massage experience with me.
I have been and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), since 2005, and this provides me with great continuing education opportunities and insurance.

I offer relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, pregnancy, child and infant (with parental/guardian permission and/or present), hot stone massages and ear candling.
No two massage are the same.
I feel it is necessary to customize each massage based on my clients' needs, at the time of their appointment.
I offer my massages in a professional and relaxing environment, therefore, I have a "NO TOLERANCE" policy for any sexual connotations.
I worked hard to obtain my license and appreciate that you respect that I want to keep it.
My goals are to truly help and improve my clients overall quality of life by reducing stress, alleviating muscle pain and tension, improve range of motion, etc.
