Tri-Cities Flow University is a collective of unique individuals that promote holistic wellness through dancing in "flow" state.
We started in 2016 as two friends hoop dancing at local events.
Over the last year and a half, we now have six regular core members and a lot of people that float in and out.
Because of that variety, we now use a variety of props within our practice as well..

We teach instructional workshops, conduct Flow Church every Sunday evening, and also provide "Open Flow" for local events where we perform interactively with the community..
