Detailed description is Training Teachers is a ministry that is instrumental in helping teachers everywhere to improve their teaching abilities to a high level.

This time period covers 20 years under Dr.
Lee Roberson, at Highland Park Baptist Church, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
During that time the church grew from 5,000 to 10,000 each week.
My role there was to direct the children and teenage ministries.
We also started new ministries for “Chattanooga Singles”, and Young Marrieds..
During those years, beginning in 1971 we began what would become Master Clubs for 3yr.
olds through 6th graders.
It is a complete discipleship ministry, now used in hundreds of churches across the nation.

During the early years the Lord also opened opportunities for me to train works of all ages, from children, teens, and to adults.
The bulk of training has been called “Teacher Training”.
These are four-hour sessions, normally conducted on Saturdays in Baptist churches everywhere.
In 2011 we had 2,889 teachers attend.
This year will be my 38th year of traveling.
We also have another four-hour session, entitled “Sunday School Rejuvenated”! Each session includes fully illustrated notebooks, using power point to enhance the presentation..
The last 22 years we have ministered in and through First Baptist Church of Milford, Ohio.
Everything has continued here with a ministry production center, a wonderful staff, and volunteer workers.
Our “umbrella” name is Master Ministries which includes Master Clubs! Kerby Richmon is our Director.
Kerby directs our fine staff, the Regional Competitions, and also conducts training sessions..
Ten years ago we started here the “Loving and Leading Children Conference”.
This is always the first weekend of November.
