We offer classes in striking (boxing, kickboxing and muay thai) as well as grappling (Brazilian Jujitsu, judo and Greco-Roman/Freestyle wrestling).
We also have women's only kickboxing classes! In addition to MMA, we specialize in fitness with our functional strength and conditioning classes that will help you to lose fat while building muscle and endurance.
Our coaches have years of experience and most of them are pro fighters and/or active competitors in various fitness competitions..
