Family-owned Town and Country Climate Control Specialists, a division of Morgner Inc., has been providing air-conditioning and heating sales, service and installation to Town and Country and the surrounding communities for over 50 years.
Don Morgner started Morgner inc.
in 1965.
He became a Lennox dealer in 1966, and purchased Binkley Sheet Metal in Webster Groves in 1971.
The business moved to its current location, 3154 South Brentwood Blvd in 1989..

In 1991, Don purchased Town & Country Climate Control Specialists from a friendly competitor who was retiring.
By 1992, the transition of turning over the business to his three sons, Steve, Rick and Mike, had begun.
Don retired in 1997, and is very proud of how his sons are handling the business and continuing the tradition of excellent quality and service to their customers..
