was created with the consolidation of the Okawville Farmers Elevator and the Trenton Cooperative Equity Exchange on February 1, 2005.
The Board’s of Directors for Trenton Co-op and Okawville Farmers Elevator studied the consolidation for nearly six months before bringing the proposal to their individual stockholders for a vote in August 2004.
The consolidation vote passed with each company.Many plans were then put in to action and more discussions were held to blend the two eighty-five year old cooperatives into one.

Total storage capacity of all five locations total 3.1 million bushels.
