Detailed description is We are a local group of parkour & freerunning practitioners that get together to learn the art of movement.
To all out there wanting to know the ins and outs of our group, the way we train and how you can get involved:-.

We are all self taught and in control of our own training & progress..

We train together in the weekends on the street and all are welcome to join (as long as you have the permission from your caregiver if you're under 16, as this is street based training it is not suitable for children).
PM the page if you'd like to join us as the days & times vary week to week & is weather dependant..

The new gym training on a Wednesday is a little bit different, James is responsible for the team Ruination members so at gym he is held accountable for them.
Team Ruination members are selected from those who consistently come to weekend training & show dedication & passion, the team is small & tight-nit, any additions to the team is by invitation only.
Training at this time is self directed - it is NOT a class, it is a time for us to work on our individual skills.
You will be responsible for yourself & must respect the gym rules & space.
If you are under 16 you will need to have your caregiver with you.
