I have been working in a Physical Therapy Center for 4+ years.
My main focus is on Therapeutic Massage and work with those that would like maintenance after having physical therapy or while actively participating in physical therapy and/or chiropractic care.
I can accommodate those that would like to just relax a bit with Swedish massage and have aromatherapy essential oils that can be added to your hour of relaxation..

I am working out of my home on the weekends and have a therapy room set up that will enable me to help people and work on their conditions as I do at my full time position.
I have experience and training working with patients with Spinal Disorders (herniated/bulging discs, spinal stenosis, sciatica, degenerative disc disease and nerve impingement).
Neck pain, shoulder pain and upper body pain including headaches/migraines has become a large part of my work along with those suffering with foot pain, namely plantar fasciitis.
Although I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point and Myofacial, I will customize each session to your needs.
