The Zoo Fitness Program is a training program developed for those kids and teenagers wanting to become physically fit.
This program will offer a variety of age and ability appropriate training routines.
The types of programs include Weight Management, Circuit/Weight Training, Sports Conditioning and Boot Camp.
For the younger kids ages 5-8, Fun with Fitness and Game Fit are offered.
Programs will be offered on alternating schedules to allow members the opportunity to participate in all of the programs.
