We offer Progressive Cycling™ 5 times per week (see dates and times for Phase I below).
Progressive Cycling™ is a trademarked 20-week cycling program designed to get you in the best cycling shape of your life via proven training techniques, using high-performance metrics.

For those who want to take cycling classes with us but would rather do that on a 'drop-in' basis, we are selling multi-ride passes that can be purchased here: Multi ride pass.
The passes are good for a year and after you purchase the pass you will be given a card(s) which you will have punched each time you come in.

The Wheelhouse rents Normatec Recovery Boots™, provides personal strength training and has small-group Yoga for Athletes classes..

We have 90-minute cycling classes on Wednesday evening at 6:30, Friday at 9:30 am and Sunday morning at 7 am and 8:45 am.
(NOTE: These classes are cycling, not ‘spin’)..

Progressive Cycling™ classes at the Cycling Studio start in November on Tuesday, Thursday nights and Saturday mornings through the winter until spring.
Classes start at 1.5 hours and work up to 3 hours over a 3-phase, 21-week period.
Each phase builds on the previous phase.
Open to members and non-members of Team Pegasus.
