With extensive culinary backgrounds and a passion for teaching these two Chefs bring a unique combination of knowledge to share.
Heather, professionally trained at the top IUP culinary academy, has used her talents as a renowned pastry chef at the Grove Park Inn and Biltmore Estate.
She has also combined her talents with teaching at the University of Tennessee Culinary Program in Knoxville..
