I love sharing what I've learned and what has inspired me with as many people as I can.
Currently I'm studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School of National Nutrition.
I'm passionate about happiness, health, and food! I believe those three aspects of life go hand in hand.
If we find a balance with all three of these aspects we will feel full and happy! My favourite thing to do is to share knowledge through experience and help people on their journey to living vibrantly.
:D I offer at home cooking classes, where I share my passion of health through yummy food! I love cooking, and the group or individual classes are always great.
Making healthy cooking fun is important and I believe that healthy habits can be taught at any age! Teaching little ones healthy habits is important too, so I am very happy to offer children's cooking classes as well.
Having worked with children for over ten years, I can provide a safe and fun environment for kids to learn about healthy foods.
