Any and all eligible Veterans from anywhere are welcome to join our Post.

Our local post serves veterans, their families and the community in many ways, though National, Department and our own local programs which include providing game and practice fields for BSAA baseball here in Blue Springs, supporting our local JROTC, land use, volunteers and charity to other organization and individuals..
We are an active post with a Color and Honor Guard that serves the post and community well.

We have a busy Bingo game on Wednesday night starting at 6pm and Saturday Night Dinners, that are open to the public..
Post #499 hosts a great many events thoughout the year.
