Detailed description is Become a part of a new and unique festival venue in the Colorado high country! Campgrounds, stages, and a large outdoor art gallery are all in the works! The Smith Parsons Ranch has been in our family for three generations and aside from being a working hay ranch, it has been a sanctuary of relaxation, refection, and creativity for our friends and family.
After much research and deliberation, we have decided we want to share this land with the world in the form of a festival venue, campgrounds, and large outdoor gallery space.
We are in the process of developing roads, permanent stages, RV campgrounds, and multi purpose structures to facilitate large music, art, and yoga festivals as well as weddings and corporate events.
We are kicking off this project with a small experiemental festival we have dubbed "The Boomtown BETA Test" Which will occur on July 25th and 26th.
