He started at a local diner at a very young age and worked his way through college to reach his ultimate goal in owning and operating a fine dining jazz bistro.
After much success Tyler turned his efforts to the senior population by educating how to prepare foods with dietary restrictions.
He worked with the Alzheimer's Society via fund raisers and educational workshops.
