Detailed description is We build Champions on and off the mat through CHRIST's Teachings.
I have a GOD given unique ability to make the youth respond maximizing their abilities! Why did we as parents choose Wrestling as the sport of choice in which we raise our boys to be men? It’s no secret that Wrestling builds character, resilience, determination, hard work etc.
the list goes on and on! We’re taught and obviously teach that winning isn’t the focus, but hard work is.
Yet we got to be honest that winning makes the hard work feel more worth it, doesn’t it? With this all said, then why does it seem that with many kids, the winning doesn’t follow the hard work, it’s obvious that they “should” be tied together in a sense, do you agree? There are many considerations when viewing this question (i.e.
each kid is limited or gifted genetically).
Although the last statement has some truth, I believe the majority of truth comes from our decisions as parents.
As a dad and Coach I am Convicted about the following:.

· Hard work is only beneficial when its smart hard work that is beneficial to the overall unique picture of each Wrestler! In addition we need to be smart on amounts of training and how the body repairs itself both mentally and physically! Most clubs do a 2+ hour session nightly that pushes some but teaches nothing to others due to the Coach to Wrestler ratios.
I prefer small sessions (i.e.
(3) 45min sessions throughout the day), in addition to keeping the number of students around 15..
· Character, resilience, determination etc.
cannot be built on the mat alone (a few hours a week), but is reliant on constant repetition in the areas of Faith training, discipline, schooling, leadership, and day-to-day structure..
· The Coach to Wrestler relationship needs to a personal one that extends far beyond practices, mat time, and Tournaments..
· You need to be different than everyone else, somewhat unorthodox on the mat! .
· The most important aspect of training is nutritional as it is 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
Training (few hours a week) should be a supplement to an athlete’s nutritional discipline..

Being a Coach/Dad I am adamant that I do my part to provide the proper guidance in regards to the above statements, to ensure the hard work is proportionate to the wins, and I get the max results from each of my Wrestlers.
I have been involved personally and professionally in competitive training on the mat and in the cage for the last 21 years.
I trained Soldiers prior to deployments in hand to hand combat, and because most of these Soldiers were very young (18-19 years old), it prepared me to adequately train youth Wrestlers.
For the last 5 years I have trained Team Rare Breed, in addition to my two sons.
I am convicted in my belief that what I am doing is the best way to connect the dots with youth Wrestlers and produce Champions both on and off the mat! Oh by the way, the first year I took Team Rare Breed to Tulsa Nationals, we produced 3 Tulsa Champions and secured the Team Trophy for both the 6U and 8U! Israel Borge my son has won 2 Trinity awards, was the OW at Tulsa Kickoff, Tulsa Nationals, and Reno Worlds and was crowned the World of Wrestling “Overall Wrestler of the Year” for 2016, which is a small list of the numerous accomplishments amongst his overall 587-5 record.A.

It’s official Team Rare Breed, as of June 1st, will be Rare Breed Academy! This academy will encompass all I just spoke about! I am Blessed, and just secured the facility and the details that will make this dream a reality.
Our Academy will only take 18-20 kids, and will be JESUS based! It will be a one stop shop where each child will be dropped off in the morning and picked up (dorms are available for out of state students) in the afternoon..

I will provide the following (example of a typical day):.
.
· 0600-0730 drop off.
· 0730-0815 strength and conditioning.
· 0815-0845 nutrition (custom nutritional plan will be unique per Wrestler to ensure they get the most out of their hard work).
· 0845-0945 Bible Classes.
· 0945-1200 Private Schooling.
· 1200-1230- nutrition.
· 1230-1300 Recovery Nap.
· 1300-1400 Situational Live Wrestling.
· 1400-1500 Private Schooling.
· 1500-1530 Nutrition.
· 1530-1630 Technique Training.
· 1630-1730 Pick up.

This facility has it all: over 10,000 square feet of training area to include a full cage and boxing ring, a complete weight room, kitchen, dorm rooms with bunk beds, tape review area with projector screen, classrooms, library, and ministry area.
In addition, we will hold 2 week “boot camp” style training before any big Tourneys (i.e.
Tulsa Kickoff, Tulsa Nationals, Reno Worlds and various RMN and Dual Events), which entails the entire team sleeping in the facility with me and my staff to ensure we get properly prepared to the best of our ability.
I will have Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Jon Menke as our Jiu Jitsu/Kickboxing/MMA training.
In addition we will have numerous Top Wrestlers doing clinics, for example YouTube sensation and Wrestling Phenom Stevo Poulin will be holding a camp shortly!.

Our Academy will also feature a Team Bus in which we will utilize to attend Tournaments.
We will only do the “top” Tourneys within the Nation.
Immediately following Reno Worlds yearly, from April till June we will shift focus to Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu and MMA training and will be competing at all the Kozen Fighter, NAGA Fighter, and FUJI Fighters nationally.
I believe Gi training is critical to forcing kids to be more technical, limiting their athleticism as the cant use speed and strength to attain moves cause they will be held and defended using the Gi..

This state of the art training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, housing and private schooling, will be based on our faith in JESUS will be available for an annual fee (can be divided into 4 monthly payments), or a monthly payment.
This will be a year round school with numerous breaks a week at a time between Tournaments!.
