Their two worlds (Santana, a banker and Johnas, a factory worker) collided in the kitchen…their common values and love for family drew them together.

And ignited they have! Johnas comes from a long lineage of fine Italian and French chefs of the historic and mountainous Savoie region of France.
Santana’s heritage includes great personal chefs to President of the Dominican Republic and both maternal and paternal grandmothers who were celebrated by hosts of neighbors and friends for sharing delicious food from their kitchens.
