The Pink House is the second one in from the Atlantic with large views of the Ocean.
The house is on Casino Walk with direct access to beach from wooded walkway.
The bay beach is accessible from the same walkway, very close.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed and a set of Twin Bunk beds.
The living room sectional has a Queen pull out bed.
This room can have privacy by closing provided curtains hung from ceiling.
This is the 3rd sleeping room..

Large deck provides Spectacular Ocean Views and a wonderful breeze.
Deck has gas BBQ grill, dining table and cozy outdoor seating.

Indoors - Counter height dining table sits at a large corner window overlooking the Ocean.
Indoor dining accommodates 8 guests.
Kitchen has all that you need including stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, crockpot, electric griddle, etc..

House has Wi-Fi with Netflix and Hulu paid accounts as well as other smart tv apps.

Lifeguards (Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend) are a little bit west of house.
The ferry docks at the Atlantique Marina which holds 150+ boats.
Between the Marina (bayside) and Lifeguards (Oceanside) is "The Shack", a concession stand with full bar, indoor and outdoor seating.
In Season they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, live bands are featured on most Fri nights, Saturdays and Sundays.
They also sell ice, Hersheys ice cream, candy, soft drinks, etc.
Off Season the Shack is open until Columbus Day for breakfast and lunch, including the bar, ice-cream, etc..

Ocean Beach (the land of no) is a 20+ minute walk from House.
Ocean Beach offers many restaurants, shopping, etc.

Other neighboring beaches are Fair Harbor and Kismet to the West.
Ocean Bay Park to the East.
