The Pines Farm has been around since 1844, growing Indiana corn and soybeans, and also as a premiere cattle, sheep and hog producer.
In the Spring of 2014, Jesse and Erin Andrew, the brother and sister duo decided to jump into transitioning some of the Pines Farm land into a hop yard.
Currently the Andrew Family has a half an acre of Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Columbia hops and they are continuing to expand.
The goal of this venture is to provide Indiana and Midwest craft breweries and home brewers with locally owned, locally grown and locally harvested hops.
The Pines Farm Hops yard is located in West Point, Indiana, near West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
