The Purpose & the activities that this National Negro / Israelite / Black Community Congress Leadership Union of Canada intends to carry on, is to work in coordination / cooperation with Federal / Provincial / Local Governments on all levels while Legally Executing & Establishing an Authoritative Partnership Relationship with "The National Congress of Black Canadians" to achieve/accomplish the ultimate goal of providing / applying Crisis Intervention, Economic Advancement & Social Justice Reinforcement Strategies to our Impoverished Black Communities by Building, Establishing & Implementing Substantial Social Capital Community Resources & Economic Infrastructure Facilitations to accommodate & improve the economic equalities, social justices & racial equality development of the impoverished citizens / residents of the impoverished Negro / Israelite / Black communities in North America.
Our main purpose is to physically build & establish Institutions that provide these impoverished Negro / Israelite / Black Community Residents with : .

More appropriate emergency shelter resources, 2.
More reliable emergency transportation resources, 3.
More accessible emergency food resources, 4.
Alot more corporate employer / employment resources/ cultural advancement opportunities, .
5.
A National Negro / Israelite / Black Community Board of Education ensuring that appropriate Cultural Education / Cultural Entrepreneurship Institutions are established so that more appropriate economic equality & social justice can be accomplished in the North American Society as we are purposed to ensure appropriate cultural education development & cultural economic advancement skills are taught to our younger generations of presently impoverished Negro / Israelite People in The Black Communities of North America, & .

Newly renovated, fully developed communities of black owned business infrastructures (at least 100 newly developed major black businesses/ commercial properties along with a National Negro Israelite Black Community Banking System) all implemented in every major city where black communities are impoverished to provide a funding system to establish black business infrastructure & property ownership values the same way other economically successful communities are established without racial prejudice (as the black community routinely faces) when applying for business start up/property loans,.....
In addition, we also have purposes to conduct activities to build / establish several newly renovated/newly developed residential condominium /housing complexes, all to improve the: living conditions/ employment opportunities/ corporate employer opportunities/ cultural education/ life advancement skills /quality of life/ economic equality/ social justice/ financial security of the unfortunate residents of the impoverished Negro Israelite Black community who have been forced to live under systematic impoverishment in North America since slavery was abolished in the 1800's.
The National Negro / Israelite / Black Community Leadership Organization of Congress Leaders will also fulfill the purpose to engage /fulfill the activities of representing the Negro / Israelite / Black Community residents of North America in all Government Congress meetings with all levels of Government (Federal, State & Local Government congress meetings) addressing all issues concerning/regarding all racial progression issues, all cultural advancement issues, all issues addressing the problems in the Black Community, all social justice / economic equality issues, all Federal/State/Local Black Community/Minority Population Government funding plan issues & all culture related race issues which we are .
purposed to be the congress leaders / principal council / head representatives appointed to address all legal/social/economic issues concerning the Negro / Israelite / Black Community to ensure our peoples' best interests, cultural advancement, racial progression, social justice & economic equality issues are all properly addressed and to ensure our community's national goals areaccomplished in cooperation & coordination with Government Congress Meetings / Plans & funding agreements.

This Organization is also a cultural advancement organization with clear objectives/purposes to conduct activities to advance & teach the Biblical tenets, observances & culture associated with The Biblical Israelite Faith, to establish, maintain & support a houses of worship / Biblical teaching with services conducted in accordance with the tenets & doctrines of The Biblical Israelite Faith (contained in The King James Version Old Testament Bible & The King James Version Apochrypha).
