THE FRONT WING.
The total number of rooms in the front wing of the main house is 12.
This includes 3 full baths one of which has a large whirlpool tub, 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room, family room and small galley kitchenette.
There is a large finished bedroom and walk-in closet on the third floor but this is a finished attic with very steep stairs and can't be officially included in the bedroom count.
The Main front house still has all of the historic, bubble glass in the windows and the decorative moulding which is original to the house.

The basement is unfinished and includes a large laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers which I'm leaving, however 2 washers and one dryer now need service.

THE BACK WING, or what used to be called the Innkeepers Residence, consists of a large kitchen with commercial stove and exhaust system, walk-in butlers pantry with a window that could serve as an office, dining room, all ceramic tiled floors and a living room with wood stove, brick hearth and the original wood floors.
The kitchen and living room windows have custom installed plantation shutters that are included.
