We are a church meaning, “The People,” who come to have an intimate time in the Lord, via deep worship and by breaking open Gods Holy Infallible Word and applying it to our daily walk with Him.

Our vision for The Gathering is a church body that gathers to gain a better understanding of God’s word, however gathering and serving without expectation, asking for His will to be done in and through His people.
Amongst the people of The Gathering is one of the most important resources, that we are in need of; It is not our money, however our children.
We must be a people about our children and raise them up, in the ways of the Lord.
The Word says - Train-up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 22:6).
We also have young adults, and we have a need not just minister to them, however we are a mixed group of people who have all walked a path before them.
We need to be a supply to them through groups, meetings, and guiding them through life struggles.
We must be the stone to sharpen their Iron.

We are an infant right now and through God only, we will grow in knowledge and understanding and thus, He will grow us as a church.
Not one of us more important than the other and thus requires us to be a people about the people.

21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.”22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require.
But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.
26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together (1 Corinthians 12:12-26)..
