Fairmont News was officially unveiled by Clarksburg Publishing Company at the Bridges without Boundaries, North Central West Virginia Summit on Wednesday, March 30.
The new print, digital and social media initiative will serve residents living within the 26554 zip code.

“This is a big moment for all of us,” President Brian Jarvis said.
“We have always felt a need to provide the residents and businesses of the Greater Fairmont area with locally-owned community-focused print, digital and social media.

Long-time Fairmont-area resident and current Publisher of The Exponent Telegram, Andy Kniceley, will lead the local editorial and advertising team at Fairmont News..
