Detailed description is Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in this mountain get away, only 15 minutes away from downtown Blowing Rock, and on the doorstep of App Ski Mtn Resort.
The Cub House is located just moments away from Appalachian Ski Mountain.
It is also conveniently located close to Down Town Blowing Rock, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Moses Cone Estate Park, Tweetsie Railroad and many other area attractions! This charming home will accommodate ten people and is tucked away in a wooded setting surrounded by rhododendron encompassing the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In front of the covered porch there is parking for up to three cars.
On the main floor you will walk into the open living room and dining room.
The living room features a wood burning fire place, great for cuddling in front of on those chilly winter nights, a beautiful sectional that has a pull out queen sleeper and a 60” flat screen television.
The kitchen is off the dining room and has ample counter space for cooking those family meals.
There is a full bathroom as well as a bedroom off the kitchen which has a king size bed.
Venture upstairs to find another full bath and two more bedrooms.
The bedroom to the left contains another king size bed and the one to the right is great for kids! This bedroom features two bunk sets, both with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top.
