Detailed description is We make funny shows.
Funny shows make people laugh.
We make people laugh with funny shows.
We started this nonsense once a week in a club basement in Woodbridge, NJ back in the fall of '04.
We worked hard to find and cultivate some of the area's best young talent.
We did that well.
So well, they moved us upstairs once a month! So, with more room and exposure, we started bringing in headliners...REAL headliners, not just closers.
Within months, we had grown out of our first home and moved into the Woodbridge Sheraton...This meant BIGGER headliners and better shows.
In comes new management (with no sense of humor) and out goes VERY profitable entertainment for the hotel.
Their loss.
We moved to North Jersey - to another hotel.
BIGGER AND BETTER.
HUGE HEADLINERS (Patrice O'Neal, Nick DiPaolo, Bobby Collins, Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling, Otto & George, Dustin Diamond (it happens) and the list goes on...Things were rolling.
Then "Management" got greedy (and in the end, Karma got him).
We packed our bags and moved on, again, to a GREAT location - Suppa's in Pine Brook for the next couple years.
Awesome shows, The same GREAT headliners, the best food any comedy crowd has ever eaten and really building steam to become something big.
Oh, what's that? You're closing? Well, we still love the Suppa brothers.
Everything happens for a reason, right? Now, we find ourselves at a very cool, small venue Brick 46 in Rockaway, NJ.
Great people to work with, awesome food and a super intimate setting that works perfect for comedy! We love our new home and hope to stay here for a LONG time.
Maybe we'll even spruce the place up a little with a new look...how's that sound? Come visit us sometime...we'd love for you to laugh at our success! .
