In the school we have 8 work stations each built for 2 people to share plus a two person chef station, complete with AEG induction hobs and state of the art ovens, dishwashers and plenty of fridges and freezers.
We have a full range of Kitchen Aid food processors, mixers and blenders, Wusthof knives and Quooker instant boiling water taps, along with all the other cooking equipment one would expect to find in a cookery school..

In addition to the main cookery school kitchen we have a back kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a sink and Quooker instant hot water tap.
We have a large dining table which sits 20, plus seating in a meet and greet area.
Plus we have a wine room which can also be used as a meet and greet area..

There is also a separate cookery demonstration room which can be made available by prior arrangement, which has seating for 20-30 people, this room is furnished with Sub Zero cooking appliances, dishwasher, fridges, freezers, Quooker tap with sink, plus a large overhead mirror that ensures the demonstrations are easily viewed by all seated..

We have a large free car park, and are easily accessible by road A56 / M56/ M60 / M6 / M62.
We are also easily accessible by public transport, being within walking distance of a metro stop and a very short distance from Altrincham railway station..

For a basic venue hire we generally charge £1000 + VAT for a full days hire and £500 + VAT for half a day.
