The Chelmsford Golf Course has been a family run establishment since 1975.
It has been known as being the hidden diamond in the rough of Sudbury also we have been known as being called "Old Chemmy".
Howie Schnarr purchased the course in 1975 with his help from his dear friend Patricia Claven who went by the name of "Momma Pat".
Pat was the cook for decades of years leading up to her passing in 2010.
Howie and Pat made this course feel like it was everyones second home.
Howie ran the course for over 35 years until his passing in 2015, and from there on the Baltessen family took it over.
