The following rules and regulations will be adhered to for the event:.
- Each team comprises of 3 members:.
• 1 speaker (Proposition).
• 1 speaker (Opposition).
• 1 Interjector .
- Each speaker will be allotted a speaking time of 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
- A warning bell will be rung at 2 minutes, and a final bell at 2 min, 30 sec..
- A grace period of 15 seconds shall be given to speakers, beyond which they shall be penalized..
- After the speech, each speaker will be given 1 minute to answer an interjection .
- Only 2 questions can be asked to a speaker by the interjector in the course of the event.
Cross-questioning is not allowed..
- Marks will be deducted for exceeding the time limit..
