In 2012, the vision of The Brave Fitness began with the creation of Busan Urban Training, a free community functional fitness group created by Dharma Shay and Scottie Hoang.
Dharma eventually brought the system back home with him to Hilo to start Hawaii Urban Training and recently The Brave Fitness facility.
