We use Facebook and Training Peaks to communicate.
Our private Facebook group is where we share stories, achievement, book training sessions together and share photos.
We love our photos! We use Training Peaks to receive our weekly plans and communicate back to Coach Dan.

Within our group we have athletes who have competed in World Championships all over the globe.
They have travelled to Auckland, London and Kona and soon to Canada..

Costs for full Barnyard membership is $40 a week which includes a weekly training plan through Training peaks, access to the Computrainer room and all weekly group sessions..

It costs just $10 to join a group session.
Group sessions include Swim Squads, Learn to Run, Bike techniques, Run drills, Core and Sprints, Transition Drills, Velodrome Bike and Run sessions and Open Water Swimming Practice.
