My personal studies started around 13 years old where I began binge learning about history, religions, the government structure and anything that helped me find validation of where I truly was and why i was here.
I knew that working, a family, marriage, a house and retirement was daunting and something that I didn't want to have to be subject to..

I spent years battling the awakened depression where I was conscious to the world and felt hopeless and subject to all the darkness within our society, years feeling emotions that I took as my own, years really never understanding the four bodies and how energy and vibrations work, feeling trapped and early on having the strong feelings of ascension which was terrifying as I said so little knowledge about those things that are "not seen therefore not real".

Following Abraham Hicks' work and with the council of Archangel Michael I was able to positively decide to move forward starting my own journey with confidence to use my knowledge and connection with spirit to more openly seek and heal.

For almost a year now I was prompted to take the leap into starting my own business focusing more on helping others pass the speed bumps that I have and teaching people what I have learnt and continue to learn with the help of spirit.
In conjunction with professionally working as a psychic medium and mindfulness coach travelling around new Zealand from expo to expo through energy and energy I have been able to enjoy all that this physical experience has to offer and come into alignment with my own self and heal which is the most salient thing to learn.
